Our policy regarding cancellations and refunds.
Once a student is enrolled in any course, class, or material offered by YUVA Competitive Academy, the enrollment cannot be cancelled and the amount paid shall not be refunded or transferred to any other student.
However, in certain exceptional cases, a student may be permitted to change the enrolled course. Such requests shall be considered solely at the discretion of YUVA Competitive Academy and require prior approval.
In approved cases of course change:
In case YUVA Competitive Academy receives an excess payment for any course due to technical issues, multiple transactions, or other reasons, the excess amount shall be refunded after verification of valid proof submitted by the student.
Upon successful verification, YUVA Competitive Academy shall attempt to refund the excess amount within 7 working days.

YUVA Competitive Academy shall not be held responsible or liable for any loss, delay, or damage caused due to bank processing issues, technical failures, or negligence on the part of the student during the payment process.
Students are advised to take up such matters directly with their respective banks.
